Technological tools calculate the environmental impact on the facades. Based on these results and with parametric design software, the facades are specified addressing properly the impact of lighting and ventilation. The project also envisages providing areas that not only its users can enjoy, attracting passers-by to use its public, semi-public and semi-private spaces.
